Thank you for visiting the Central Michigan Association
of Insurance Professionals web page!
Central Michigan Association of Insurance Professionals
(CMAIP) is located in Mt Pleasant, Michigan, and
is part of a larger association, the National Association of Insurance Women (International) (NAIW). CMAIP membership is open
to all males and/or females employed in the insurance
industry, insurance industry related field, affiliates of the insurance industry, and students of insurance.
Formed in 2006, CMAIP currently has members and
supporters from the agency, company and vendor side
of the insurance business. Our goal is to bring
education, networking and professionalism to our
group as well as to be an involved part of our community.
Our community commitment is a valuable part of our
members growth, helping members understand additional
business needs in the community, politics, leadership,
planning and advanced networking. These skills are
then applied with the educational sessions held
throughout the year, helping our members to be the
best at their professions.
Our parent association, National Association of Insurance Women (International), was formed in 1940 to serve the
woman in the insurance industry and provide them
with an avenue for reaching professional and educational
goals. Today, the NAIW is represented internationally
with both male and female members in a number of
smaller local associations, and still carries the
objective to provide education, leadership, and
networking to its members.
Please feel free to visit the National Association of Insurance Women (International)’s web page at www.naiw.org
for more information on the NAIW and a current listing
of local associations.
